'Round about the time I was blathering here about jigsaw puzzles being one of my favorite things, Cousin Annie told me she was also working on a puzzle. In time, she sent me a photo of said puzzle-in-progress.
It's going to be beautiful. She chooses much harder puzzles than I, and she'll get her reward, when the lovely picture is complete. Right now, though, it also makes me laugh. I happen to do the same thing, and perhaps all puzzlers do: piece together particular elements within the puzzle before their connecting segments have been completed. This one has given me chuckles:

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him. For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. ~Psalms 103:13, 14

I thought it was just you, but it does look kinda funny, doesn't it? :) I reckon I've been so absorbed in piecing it together, I hadn't noticed how odd it looks as-is. Kind of a shame that once it gets all put together...which may be an eternity...that I'll just tear it all apart & throw it back in the box.
