Apricot Sauce

Scouring the web for recipes incorporating fresh apricots, I found very few.  What I did find, I used as a springboard to creating a sauce to our liking for use with meats, so I've plopped the resulting recipe — Apricot Sauce (for meats) — into CarolineNot Cuisine.  Perhaps another woman will stumble upon this possible use of her family's abundant apricot harvest.
